Dear Timber View Estates Homeowner,

We hope this message finds you well. As a member of the Timber View Estates Homeowners Association, I want to take a moment to personally acknowledge that communicating about additional expenses is never easy—for us to deliver or for you to receive. However, we are reaching out today with transparency, care, and a shared commitment to the ongoing maintenance and value of our community.

Enclosed with this letter, you will find a detailed communication from the Master Association of Timber Ridge Community, which includes five associations—ours being one of them. The letter outlines the necessity for a special assessment fee of $575 per household, which will go directly toward the next phase of critical pool renovations. This includes replacement of coping, tile work, resurfacing, and general restoration to ensure the safety and longevity of the pool.

While we recognize that this assessment is an unexpected financial burden, it is a necessary step to preserve one of our community’s most valued amenities. We are committed to doing this work responsibly and thoughtfully to avoid greater costs in the future and to ensure that the pool is ready for full use by the 2026 season.

Please note that this payment process is specific to Timber View Estates and differs slightly from the broader Master Association instructions included in the enclosed letter.
